The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) A certiorari for setting aside the notice dated 7.6.2023 related to Encroachment Case No.1/23-24 passed by the Circle Officer, Chanan whereby directed to submit show cause as why not the land in question situated at village Jankidih P.S. Chanan, District Lakhisarai bearing Thana No.42 Plot No.1278 Area 01.86 decimals be free from Encroachment under the Provision of Bihar Encroachment Act. land ii. A mandamus commanding the respondents not to demolish the residential house of the petitioner which is over the land in question"

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed his objections, hence, the Circle Officer, Chanan, Lakhisarai be directed to pass the final order under Section 6(1) of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, in connection with Encroachment Case No.01 of 2023-24. It is directed, accordingly. 3.
The writ petition stands disposed off.
