ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 01-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 26.11.2017 in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No.239 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 30(a), 36, 37(b) of the Bihar Excise Prohibition Act, 2016.
Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioners, let both the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on their furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II-CumSpecial Judge, Excise, Rohtas, Sasaram, in connection with Karakat P.S. Case No.239 of 2017.
