Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No.4519(C) of 2013 filed under Sections 406, 420 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner had taken friendly loan of Rs.4,30,000/- from the complainant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no document to show that loan was given to the petitioner rather both were partners in an NGO and due to dispute in transaction, this case was lodged and the petitioner is in custody for last three months.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Nawal Kishore Gupta @ Nawal Kishore Kr. Gupta is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-VIII, Patna in connection with Complaint Case No.4519(C) of 2013.
