JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 16-12-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner, namely, Bhura Yadav @ Dhananjay @ Bhura is in custody in Dhanarua P.S. Case No.216 of 2015 under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was not arrested at the spot although, it is the case of the informant that the villagers assembled there and on hulla, the petitioner fled away. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.

Considering the nature of allegation and that the petitioner is in custody since about six months, I direct the petitioner named above to be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55670 of 2015 (2) dt.16-12-2015 bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.L. Priyadarshi, J.M. 1st Class, Masaurhi, Patna in connection with Dhanarua P.S. Case No.216 of 2015.
