The petitioner seeks modification of order dated 28.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11264 of 2015 as the time fixed for surrender has already expired.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that due to unforeseen circumstances, the petitioner could not surrender within the aforementioned time fixed in the order. Considering the submission made by the petitioner, let the time fixed in the order dated 28.09.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 11264 of 2015 be extended by a further period of three weeks from today.
It is made clear that if the petitioner does not surrender
