The Petitioner seeks quashing of the order dated 7.10.2010 passed by the Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, by which he has dismissed Complaint Case No. 2056(C) of 2008 as also to quash the order dated 4.5.2011 passed in Cr. Revision No. 205 of 2010 by which the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C. No. 1, West Champaran, Bettiah has affirmed the order of the Judicial Magistrate.
Considering that this is a second Revision in the garb of an application under Section 482 Cr. P.C and no patent
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26626 of 2011 dt.09-03-2015 2/2 illegality could be pointed out, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
The application stands dismissed.
