The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case no. 120 of 2016, registered under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned counsel appearing on behalf of informant-O.P.No.2 submits that the dispute between the parties has been settled and the grievance of the informant has also been redressed.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten
