2. The petitioner has filed the present writ application for arrest of her husband and other family members in pursuant to Mohiuddin Nagar P.S. Case No. 74 of 2021 lodged by the petitioner.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that now the matter has been compromised and a divorce case has been filed for dissolution of marriage by the petitioner and her husband under mutual consent vide Divorce case No. 208 of 2019. Therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw this writ application with liberty to pursue the matter before the Family Court in divorce case.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, this writ application is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
