The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 513 of 2019, pending in the Court of Smt. Madhvi Singh, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class,, Patna, for the offence alleged under Section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that while the informant, was returning from the coaching, talking on mobile, at that time three persons came on motorcycle, which was without registration number plate and snatched his mobile. While informant tried to catch hold one person, but, they tried to flee away in high speed, but, at some distance the public caught hold one person with motorcycle while the other two succeeded in fleeing away. The caught hold person disclosed his name as Deepak Kumar and disclosed the name of his associates as Sonu

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State opposes the prayer for pre-arrest bail.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant the privilege of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

The prayer for pre-arrest bail is rejected.

The petitioner is directed to surrender before the Court below and seek regular bail, which will be considered on its own merit and without being prejudiced of this order. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Shamshad/- U T
