This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Sections 21 and 22 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act.

The petitioner is a lady whose husband is also an accused in this case and the alleged recovery has been made from her house and not from her conscious possession. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Siwan in connection with Guthani P.S. Case No. 158 of 2015.
