JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR JHA ORAL ORDER 30-11-2016 The petitioner has filed this petition for modification of the order dated 28.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21814/2015. It appears that the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail vide order dated 28.07.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21814/2015 on his undertaking that the petitioner is ready to deposit 20% of Rs. 4,24,69,382.03 within six months but the petitioner did not deposit 20% of the aforesaid amount within six months and this petition has been filed for extension of time.

I do not find any reason to extend the period of time for depositing 20% of the aforesaid amount, on the undertaking of which the petitioner was directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this modification petition is dismissed. Dilip/- (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J) U T
