2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 366(A), 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the petitioner along with other accused persons kidnapped the daughter of the informant for the purpose of marriage.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. The specific allegation is against Sundar Kumar and not against this petitioner. It is further submitted that this is

Further, the occurrence took place on 01.02.2024 and the FIR has been lodged on 28.02.2024. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent. 5.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Sheikhpura in connection with Chewara P.S.
