Patna High Court CWJC No.10795 of 2024(2) dt.01-08-2024 2/2 ORAL ORDER 01-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1. That this is an application for issuance of an appropriate writ or writs, order or orders or direction or directions for commanding the respondents to remove the encroachment from the public road/land bearing khata no. 1239, Khesra no. 3979, 3980 and 3981, which has been encroached by the private respondents and due to the said encroachment, the movement of vehicles has been closed as well as petitioner along with other villagers facing lots of trouble."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 3 i.e. the Circle Officer, Areraj, District-East Champaran at Motihari, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
