Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363,365,366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The statement of the victim girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. would reveal that she was induced by the named accused person to go with them for the purpose of marriage with the petitioner and subsequently she was married with the petitioner. Thereafter, allegation is of demand of dowry which is not the case of the prosecution in the FIR. Submission is that both have voluntarily married and the supporting document of marriage is at

Considering the facts aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sessions Trial No.200 of 2018 in G.R.No.3041 of 2016 arising out of Balthar Police Station Case No.55 of 2016, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
