Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52196 of 2015 (2) dt.15-12-2015 2/2 penal provisions of the Arms Act alleging that one house was searched and the petitioners were caught therein carrying countrymade pistols with some live cartridges including identity cards. Another co-accused escaped therefrom.
The contention of the petitioners is that they are languishing in jail since 04.06.2015 and there is no criminal antecedent against them.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above named in both the cases are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction CJM, Sitamarhi in Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 414 of 2015 on conditions that one of the bailors shall be their own/close family members. In the event of framing of charge, the petitioners shall appear in person on each date fixed at the trial. In case of default in appearance on two consecutive dates, the trial court shall cancel his bail bonds.
