JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 25.05.2016 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No.23318/2016 for extending the period of surrender.

Learned counsel for the petitioners is permitted to make necessary correction in the petition.

Counsel for the petitioners confines the prayer to the extent of extending the period of surrender only. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application, let the date of surrender be extended by three weeks calculated from the date of receipt or production of copy of the order.

The order dated 25.05.2016 stands modified to the extent indicated above.
