JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The name of petitioner came in confessional statement of co-accused and some mobile sets are said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner and it was found in course of investigation, that petitioner used to talk through the aforesaid mobile sets with co-accused Shamim, who made his confessional statement disclosing the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged crime.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief
