Petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No.467 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of Rakesh Kumar.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that Petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2019 having clean antecedents. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of

Case No.467 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
