JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-12-2015 Heard Sri Nadimul Hasan, learned counsel for the petitioners and Dr. Ajit Kumar, learned A.P.P. Three petitioners, who are in custody in connection with Dagarwa P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015, registered for the offence punishable under Section 307 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code, have prayed for grant of bail. It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that all the petitioners are lady and there is no specific accusation against the petitioners. He further submits that from the F.I.R. itself it is evident that there was land dispute in between the parties.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and the fact

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52327 of 2015 (2) dt.03-12-2015 2/2 that there was land dispute in between the parties as well as the fact that petitioners are lady, let all the three petitioners namely , Nargis @ Nargish Khatoon, Bargish @ Bargish Khatoon and Sabera @ Sabera Khatoon be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- ( rupees ten thousand ) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea in connection with Dagarwa P.S. Case No. 19 of 2015.
