The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Lakhnour P.S. Case No. 126 of 2021 registered under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that the seized tractor tank cleaner does not belong to the petitioners. Neither the petitioners are owner nor the driver of the alleged

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59915 of 2021(3) dt.25-04-2022 2/2 vehicle, as stated in the supplementary affidavit. They have no connection with the seized vehicle. Further he submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge-IIcum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani in connection with Lakhnour P.S.
