JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 24-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner and two others were caught by the police with a motorcycle and at the time of aforesaid arrest, petitioner was carrying one iron rod. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and the first information report reflects that co-accused Tanveer claimed before the police regarding the ownership of aforesaid motorcycle.

Considering the above-said facts and circumstances of the case as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Araria (Bairgachhi) P.S.
