The petitioners have renewed their prayer for bail in connection with a case registered under sections 302, 304 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the earlier application for bail of the petitioners were rejected vide order dated 6.7.2021 (Annexure-1) giving liberty to the petitioners to renew their prayer for bail after framing of charge. By order dated 8.9.2021(Annexure-3) passed in Sessions Trial no.395 of 2021 charge has been framed against the two petitioners. The petitioners have remained in custody since 25.6.2020 and 17.8.2020 respectively.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the liberty granted to the petitioners in the earlier order of rejection dated 6.7.2021 together with the charge having been framed by the learned trial Court, the Court directs the petitioners to be enlarged on bail in connection with Mufassil (Singhauli O.P.) P.S. Case no. 321 of 2020 on each of them furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Begusarai.
