This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 504, 307, 325, 316, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute petitioner and others have allegedly committed assault on the informant. Allegation is not specific against the petitioner. There is case and counter case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jamalpur P.S. Case No. 144 of 2013 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Benipur, Darbhanga, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
