The petitioner is in custody in connection with Uchkagaon P.S.Case No.16 of 2015 registered for an offence under Section 307 of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. This is the second attempt for regular bail on behalf of petitioner. The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Cr.Misc.No.18425 of 2015 dated 31.07.2015 with an observation "at this stage". The petitioner is in custody since 07.02.2015. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of evidence against the petitioner.
