Petitioner no.1 happens to be wife whereas petitioner no.2 is mother-in-law of the deceased.
No doubt, both above stated petitioners are named in the first information report but informant being brother of the deceased expressed his suspicion against the petitioners on the ground that relation of the deceased was strained with his wife. It appears from perusal of the impugned order that except suspicion, there is nothing against the petitioners. Accordingly, petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Pakribarawa P.S.
