Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nawada Towan P.S. Case No. 597 of 2016 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 47(A)(C)(G) of Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no concern with the seized liquor. Petitioner has been implicated in this case on mere suspicion. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8449 of 2017 (2) dt.28-02-2017 2/2 to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada Town P.S. Case No. 597 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
