The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Banka (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 498A, 341, 323, 326, 307 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that the petitioners are family members of the husband of the informant. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners.

The learned A.P.P. has submitted that the injury report is available in the case diary wherein doctor has found

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6901 of 2017 (3) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 superficial burn injuries on different parts of the body which were simple in nature.

In the written report it appears that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today, in connection with Banka (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 38 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr. P.C.
