Petitioners seek bail in Khagaul P.S.Case No. 146 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 406, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, petitioners and other accused persons were caught while taking the physical test for other persons by impersonating and making forgery in the documents and photographs submitted for the examination conducted by Bihar Staff Selection Commission. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

It is further submitted that petitioners are victims of circumstances and in effort to get Govt. Job, they were cheated by other persons in the name of giving them service. Petitioners have clean antecedent and they are in custody since 03.08.2021. Investigation is complete.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Danapur, Patna in connection with Khagaul P.S. Case No. 146 of 2021.
