JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 30-05-2018 At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to correct typographical error in the petition. Let the same be done during the course of the day.

Heard.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jamui P.S. Case No. 385 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)A/26 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is regarding recovery of one loaded pistol and three live cartridges, when the petitioner was apprehended by the police.

The learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and as far as the criminal antecedent is concerned,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31536 of 2018 (2) dt.30-05-2018 2/2 out of six cases pending against him, he has been acquitted in three cases and in three cases, he is on bail. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 10.11.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jamui in connection with Jamui P.S. Case 385 of 2017.

It is further directed that the petitioner shall mark his attendance before the concerned Police station on every Monday of the week at 10 A.M. and co-operate in the investigation. His failure to mark attendance before the concerned police station on two consecutive dates would render the present order void. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) BTiwary/- U T
