2. This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85590/2024 whereby the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail with a condition as stated in paragraph '7' which is quoted hereinbelow:- "7. However, it is made clear that the learned Trial court before accepting the bail bonds of the petitioner shall verify the criminal antecedent of the petitioner and in the event if it is found that petitioner has antecedent of even one case in that event, the present anticipatory bail order shall not be given effect to."
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that

No.51118 of 2025(2) dt.25-07-2025 2/3 since it was a pre-requisite for the learned Trial Court to accept the bail bond only after verification of the criminal antecedent and the antecedent of the petitioner was called for from the S.P.,Rohtas as well as S.P., Rampur, U.P., however, the antecedent report from the S.P., Rohtas was received but, the antecedent report from the S.P., Rampur was still awaited and the time granted for the petitioner to surrender expired.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that calling of the antecedent report from the S.P., Rampur(U.P.) be ignored for the present and he states that it would be open for the learned court below to call for the antecedent report from the S.P., Rampur, if it is found that the petitioner carries criminal antecedent, her bail bond may be cancelled.
5. In view of the same, the paragraph '7' of the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85590/2024 be modified to the extent that learned trial court is directed to accept the bail bond of the petitioner in the event of surrender before the learned trial court within a period of four weeks from today and if the learned trial court finds that the petitioner has criminal antecedent of even one case in that event, the present bail order granted to the petitioner vide order dated 26.03.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 85590/2024 shall lose its effect.

6. The order dated 26.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 85590/2024 is modified to the above extent.
