The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Police had come to the house of the petitioner to arrest to the son of the petitioner in connection with another case. During search one country-made loaded pistol was recovered from the house. Son of the petitioner is also coaccused in the case. Considering the facts aforesaid and statement of the petitioner on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.46422 of 2019(2) dt.29-07-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Courtbelow where the case is pending in connection with Kutumba P.S. Case No.72 of 2019, with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.
