The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of abducting the minor sister of the informant.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner happens to be the nephew of Md. Moazzam. In 164 Cr.P.C. statement the victim got her age recorded 19 years, the Court assessed her aged 18 years. She has also stated that she of her own went in the company of Md. Moazzam, stayed at different railway station and ultimately married with Md. Moazzam on 25.07.2015 and she has never been kidnapped. The victim has not named the petitioner in

Considering the 164 Cr.P.C. statement of the victim, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sri Vineet Kumar Singh, J.M., Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Naokothi P.S.
