2. In compliance with the order of this Court, a supplementary show-cause affidavit has been filed, categorically showing that all the admissible amount under different head have been paid to the petitioner.

3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that a copy of the supplementary affidavit has been served just in a while and he prays for a short adjournment.

4. Having considered the averments made in the supplementary show-cause affidavit, this Court feels that there is no reason or occasion to continue with the contempt proceeding.

5. Accordingly the contempt proceeding stands closed.

6. However, if there is still any dispute with regard to the calculation or admissibility of the amount, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach before the authorities concerned.

7. Accordingly, the present contempt petition stands disposed off.
