During the submission, no error apparent on the face of record or suppression of fact has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

This Court has passed reasoned order while granting bail to the opposite party no.2. Hence, I do not find any merit in this application. Accordingly, the same is dismissed as devoid of any merit.
