Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences under Section 308 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code and are named in the First Information Report along with two others. It is submitted on their behalf that there being omnibus allegation of assault against petitioners and others they deserve grant of bail in the event of arrest. I regret not to accept such submission.

3. Let petitioners, named above, surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/
