2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 304B, 201 , 34 of the Indian Penal Code , 1860 .

3 . It is a case of dowry death.

4. Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased. She is separate in mess and property. There is general and omnibus allegation is alleged against her and she has no concern with with the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5 . Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let this petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate , Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran in connection with Raxaul P .
