The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 370 of 2013 registered for the offence under Sections-341, 323, 354, 372, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section-3(x) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. Taking into consideration that no specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner and having similar allegation, some cp-accused persons have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by a coordinate bench of this court, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing
