This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498A, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

This is a case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code. The occurrence allegedly took place on 04.04.2016, the first information report was lodged on 17.05.2016, thereafter, the informant had died on 31.01.2017 in her parents house.

It appears that the husband has already been allowed regular by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20786 of 2017 (2) dt.12-05-2017 Misc. No. 49539 of 2016. Petitioners are relations of the husband.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Bahadurganj P.S. Case No. 93 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
