Heard learned counsel for petitioner no.2 Bablu Kumar @ Babloo Kumar Rai and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner no.2 apprehends his arrest in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.) P.S. Case No.48 of 2022 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49971 of 2022(5) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 17.02.2023.

Having considered the fact that similarly situated coaccused person has already been granted anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court, let the above named petitioner no.2 be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Rajapakar (Baranti O.P.)
