The petitioner seeks bail in Riga P.S. Case No. 89/2019, instituted for offences under Section(s) 341, 332, 353, 224, 272, 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act. It is alleged in the written report that police arrested one Ram Ayodhi Raut with Nepali liquor. While he was bringing him to the police station on tempo, suddenly another tempo came from behind and 4-5 persons forcibly got the accused released from the police. It is alleged that this petitioner was driving the another tempo.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that mere suspicion has been raised against this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 89/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
