The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Rajapakar P.S. Case No. 231 of 2021 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that petitioner is the wife of the deceased. There is direct allegation against the petitioner of killing the husband. Hence, petitioner does not

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 49507 of 2022(4) dt.23-03-2023 2/2 deserve to be granted privilege of anticipatory bail. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is rejected.
