This petition is filed for restoration of Cr. Misc. No. 33010 of 2013.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence the case could not be marked and, therefore, the petitioner could not appear in court.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the restoration petition is allowed and accordingly Cr. Misc. No. 33010 of 2013 is restored to its original file but, at the same time the stay of the further proceeding granted vide order dated 11.03.2014 is vacated. (Prabhat Kumar Jha, J.) KKSINHA/- U T
