The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

It is a case of commission of murder of the

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners. The specific accusation is against co-accused Rupesh Yadav and Bhalu Yadav who are not petitioners before this Court. From perusal of the case diary, it appears that cause of death is hemorrhage and shock.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, III, Katihar in connection with Barari P.S. Case No. 94 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid
