This appeal has been filed for setting aside order dated 24.06.2024 , passed in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 353 , 504, 506 and 34 and and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 (i ) ( r ) ( s )/ 3 ( 2 ) (Va) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (POA) Act, whereby the prayer for anticipatory bail of the appellant has been rejected. 3 . As per F.I.R., on the alleged date and time of occurrence , all the F.I.R., named accused persons including this appellant assaulted informant (police official ) and created hindrance in discharge of his duty and also abused him by caste name .

4. Considering the nature of accusation and other circumstances of the case , I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order, accordingly this appeal is dismissed. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Koushik/- U T
