2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
3. Allegation against this petitioner is of commission of torture and harassment to the complainant due to nonfulfillment of demand of dowry.
4. Petitioner is husband of the complainant.
5. It is submitted that earlier also the complainant has filed a case against the petitioner with similar allegation bearing Aurangabad Mahila P. S. Case No. 03 of 2022 in which petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail by co-ordinate
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50946 of 2023(3) dt.04-09-2023 2/2 Bench of this Court vide order dated 26.07.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 63887 of 2022 on condition to pay Rs. 3,000/- (three thousand) per month to the complainant (photo copy of order dated 26.07.2023 annexed as Annexure '4' to the supplementary affidavit).

Considering the aforesaid fact, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Complaint Case No. 189 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
