This criminal writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i. For a direction to the authority concerned to conduct fair and proper investigation of Lakhaura P.S. Case No.17/2024 dated 05.04.2024 registered under section 302/34 of IPC and section 27 of the Arms Act.

ii. For direction to the authority concerned to exonerate the petitioner from the charges levelled against him

Patna High Court CR. WJC No.1572 of 2025(2) dt.22-07-2025 2/2 as he was not involved in the alleged occurrence.

iii. For direction to the authority concerned not to take any coercive steps against the petitioner."

This application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to prefer an application before the learned Magistrate in light of the law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the case Sakiri Vasu vs. State of U.P. reported as (2008) 2 SCC 409. If such an application is filed by the petitioner, the learned Magistrate shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law.
