The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448/341/323/324/354/379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the entire allegation is false and mischievous. The allegations levelled against the petitioners are creation of the mischievous mind of informant and has been made with an oblique motive only to harass the petitioner and his family. The allegation of assault is against one Amar Paswan and not against this petitioner and the injury said to have been caused on the person of Mridula Devi is simple in nature.
Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4425 of 2016 (2) dt.25-02-2016 P2/2 and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No. 38/2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
