Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The victim girl in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has alleged nothing against the petitioner. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. Hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Giriyak Police Station Case No.448 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9679 of 2018 (2) dt.19-02-2018 shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
