2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"for initiating contempt of courts proceeding against the erring opposite parties for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 4.12.2018 passed in C. W.J. C. No. 19647 of 2015 by Hon'ble Mr. Justice Anil Kumar Upadhyay whereby and whereunder the learned single judge was pleased to dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent university to take appropriate decision how to treat the period of suspension of the Petitioner within a period of one month with opportunity of hearing to the Petitioner with the further saying that University on such

Patna High Court MJC No.2699 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2024 2/2 decision would be under obligation to ensure payment within. a further period of one month failing which the entire arrears would carry an interest at the rate of 9%."

3. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Jai Prakash University has provided letter no. 1597 dated 26.09.2024 by which the University has taken decision and persuant thereto, total amount of Rs. 3,58,854/- has been paid vide Cheque no. 678108 dated 26.09.2024 in favour of the petitioner to be transferred to his account no. xxxx76673 of Central Bank of India Branch, D.A.V. College, Siwan.

4. A copy of the order has already been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Let the said order be kept on record.

6. In that background, the order has been complied and MJC No. 2699 of 2019 is disposed of.

7. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in case, the money ultimately does not come to the account of the petitioner, he may be given the liberty.
