JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 17-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected by a co-ordinate Bench of this court vide order dated 05.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 28771 of 2015 but submission on behalf of the petitioner is that petitioner is in jail custody since 03.03.2015 without having any criminal antecedent. It is further contended by him that as a matter of fact, no such occurrence as alleged in the written report ever took place and the informant lodged this case with concocted and false story. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
